You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content that you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

Ovengazing reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Ovengazing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Ovengazing. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Ovengazing may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
